“In no way this is a 5 star resort. Completely overpriced for the level of services provided. Staff members were all polite but definitely not well trained and transactional, food very mediocre. Spectacular location. This resort is priced at the level of an Aman or Mandarin Oriental-type property and it is very far away from that. Very disappointing for the price we paid. ”

“Stay was very average, we had booked for 3pax, however third bed wasn’t made up. We did this ourselves and sheets/bedding smelt musty. Room was then not serviced the next day, only 2 towels provided for 3 people, and toilet paper ran out first day. Went twice to reception to speak about this and was always locked and no one there - the feature to message motel via hotels.com app was also turned off. ”
