"The location was good. Although the hotel later apologized, the bed sheets weren’t clean-hair in between the sheets and stains on the actual mattress (that weren’t even covered by the sheets). Unfortunately a towel also had blood stains on it... I was disappointed when first arriving because security officer was the first interaction before the actual hotel staff and there was a huge time-consuming, communication barrier. "The hotel deserves the highest rating. It is very clean, staff very attending to the smallest needs/requests. Because it is fairly small hotel it was not crowded and very quiet. It is a great place to wind down and relax."
