The property is beautiful but we were out in a room just steps off of the lobby on the first floor. Literally you check in, go up four steps and our room was right there. We had a room looking out the front of the hotel and had to keep the shades drawn at all times even in the bathroom or else people walking by could see us. It was incredibly noisy with the train going by constantly outside our window as well as all the lobby noise. Doors banging people talking and laughing, clomping up and down the stairs outside our door. So loud. All the doors were terribly cracked and ugly. The rest of the room was fine. Beautiful bathroom. We had to ask for a pillow case to be changed since it had mold stains on it.

Fantastic hotel, from climbing up the marble staircase to the lovely bedrooms to taking timeout in the spa complex everything was perfect. Well worth the little extra.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area but close to the city centre. The staff were very friendly. Very comfortable bed, lovely free breakfast. We were sorry only to be staying for one night but would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel worth visiting

Great hotel , everything great apart from the fact that spa was very small and it was loud with few small kids playing in a tiny pool. That should introduce children hour at the pool .

I love this property, the rooms everything about this place is amazing! They bring you cookies at night and the bathrooms have heated floors. Such a nice place, and friendly staff. I would go back to this location just for the Hotel!
