I would suggest requesting quiet room if sensitive to noise. Room 110 is very noisy because of service elevator and trams. Hotel is so beautifully designed. Bartek the restaurant waiter is exceptional . Food is delicious with incredible presentation. Breakfast is quite good.

The room was very clean with excellent amenities. The espresso machine in the room making outstanding coffee is a nice touch. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. Everything looks clean and polished. The bathroom looks spectacular; the lighting is variable and cool looking. One very peculiar thing I noticed: The hotel seems to be located on top of the subway. Periodically one can hear the trains underfoot. I thought I wouldn't be able to sleep, but perhaps the trains don't run at night. It was quiet and I slept very well. Parking was possible right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. The only thing I didn't like was dinner--the vegetarian option in the hotel restaurant. It was marinated eggplant on top of greasy polenta and some barely cooked brussels sprouts. I suggest you eat somewhere else. The old town is within walking distance, approximately 10-15 minutes.

Good beds (with a selection of pillows), delicate, clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast. I haven’t tried the spa, but looks very nice. Gym is very fresh but a little small and limited selection of weights. All in all a very nice hotel and very good value for money.

The remolded palace was elegant and pleasing for those who can appreciate the art deco styles. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant was excellent. I made the right choice staying for two nights at this beautiful 5-star hotel. The check-in was superb, with Asia greeting me with a big smile and I was even upgraded! A young man came to offer me a drink and also helped with my luggage to my room. The spa is very relaxing, and I loved the attention from Silvia, who checked in on me, offered me tea, and then brought it to me in the lounge area - a true pleasure. The room service was also excellent. I'd also like to commend the night team at the concierge desk. Looking forward to coming back soon!" The perfect stay

Hotel was beautiful,friendly quick check in,room was everything we wanted and more,water restocked everyday and tidied, took advantage of the sauna and hot tub facilities which were perfect after a long day exploring, breakfast was good with plenty options, absolutely no complaints about anything, location excellent too, highly recommend
