"The hotel never contacted me prior to my trip to let me know they had closed. I was left looking for another hotel where to stay at the last minute. The security person at the front door did not how to respond to basic questions. Terrible experience!"

There was only intermittent water made available for drinking and I had to go to the nearby hostel to fill my water bottle. Meal service was shaky and the staff seemed put out every time you asked for something. Though breakfast was included you have to ask for a voucher each morning from the receptionist who is never there. They also did not seem to offer any type...
