“The hotel is well located, the hotel staff is amazing, and the restaurant staff is not as good. The room seems a bit dated and needs some maintenance done sink leaking, one towel per guest. The main problem with the hotel is the smell - it STINKS like sewers all over the place.”

He canceled my booking at the last minute, leaving me to find alternative accommodations, which took hours due to the high demand.
