“Tidy rooms, convenient hotel parking and access. Right near the tram lines/train station but no noise either!”

Volveria a alojarme! ”

“Room was very clean. Place is absolutely beautiful.”

“Great hotel, we stay often. Good location & nice, comfortable rooms”

“Unfortunately, the sensor light out the front of our bungalow stayed on all night, keeping our room very bright. Reported the issue and were told it would be fixed by maintenance. Night 2 had the same issue. 2 sleepless nights out of 2 had us very tired! Otherwise, room and views were awesome!”

“Very close to shops and restaurants walkable. Friendly staff”

“This was my second stay in 6 weeks, so I guess that speaks for itself. Friendly & helpful reception staff. Excellent location. Quality bedding and linen. Generous size room stocked with crockery etc…for a comfortable & convenient stay. Great complimentary products. Onsite secure parking. Has become my number one choice when staying in Newcastle.”

“In general the place is not very clean. The carpet was very dirty. We found the brown insects dead in the bedroom and some others appeared during the night. The room was well equipped and staff was friendly. ”
