"Nice venue right on the ocean. But not luxurious. Food is good, free breakfast, but rooms are small, without much other than a bed & bedside tables. No AC but ceiling fan was fine. Worst part by far is the open air disco next door, which blasted music through giant speakers several nights, until 3 in the am. Not great for a good nights sleep. "

"The
beach
is pretty, the pool is very nice, and the staff are kind, but there are issues. Our room was basic. It was supposed to have an
ocean view
, which it did, but only if you were standing up! Pretty disappointing. The balcony area outside our room was shared, not private, and there were too few chairs for everyone to even sit down. We asked for more chairs but they were never provided. There was also a very bright light on the balcony which stayed on all night and shined into our room....

"Just the tours wich they are very expensive and to be able to get a discount yo have to go to a meeting to check who has visa, mastercard or american express to invest 4000 dollar to be able to get a little discount on tours and other trips to the hotel and flights. Service on one bar they sayd i cant serve you till im done with inventory if not you can go and complaint at the lobby. I just left and didnt buy anything because it was a bar not includded in the hotel i felt like i was begging for...
