Checked-in at around 10pm and the process took about 25 minutes. Why does the hotel need to know if I'm married? Why does the hotel need to know my occupation? Questions were asked which made the check-in process feel intrusive - other hotels in Colombia have not asked me half the questions this place did. No hot water, No shampoo, reservation was for 2 ppl and only 1 set of towels. The window shade did not roll up. Towel rack was close to falling off. No elevator! Room was on the 3rd floor - good thing I didn't have much bags with me to take up.

Me gusto mucho la atención pero creo que le hace falta un microondas en la habitación y las puertas no tienen el pasador con cadenas que normalmente tienen todas las puertas de las habitaciones de hoteles.

Digamos q el hotel está bien, terrible me parece que el hotel está en un segundo piso y no tiene ascensor para subir las maletas, debido a esto hay q subir las maletas por unas largas escaleras, eso obligado tienen q buscarle una solución, pues para mi eso está muy mal!
