"In general the hotel is okay, but it is missing quite a few things which would make it a whole lot better. Breakfast could have more variety, eg some yoghurt and choice of fresh fruits instead of a plate full of just one, bad luck if you happen not to like it.
Some more basic toiletries like shampoo and soap would be appreciated, the toothbrushes were pointless.
I felt really unwelcome when we arrived late at night. The booking through hotel.com had not yet come through to the hotel, and they...
