The villas are lovely, main pool nice, beach gorgeous. However there’s No crockery in the villas, Pool was not maintained, resulting in a cloudy pool. Decking was broken, we all fell through the broken decking. Half day VinWonders is a lie.

Property and room is overall nice and clean but service and hospitality is terrible. You need to wait around 30 mins or more for shuttles to get back and forth to your hotel. They require you scan your face like 3x before being allowed to go anywhere. Very poor directory and no one can help with anything. Need to think it over if you want to stay home where that does not require a long wait time.

If you hungry between the hours of 4-6 good luck. You’ll need to travel to the harbor to get food or do room service. The bathroom in the room is so gross. Mold and mildew everywhere. There’s even ring marks where the previous guests left the cup on the bathroom sink countertop. They also gave us opened lotion bottle. The rooms are not sound proof. I could hear the kid Nextdoor scream his lungs off while the parents yelled at him.

We booked the 3 bedroom villa and it was spacious for our family of 4 travelling with grandparents and an uncle. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is deep with no kid safety fence so have to be extra careful with watching kids. Facilities were great and buffet breakfast was delicious

It's more like 4-star hotel.

Room service was quite slow. Cleaning below average, quality is more for 3star hotel. Staff is friendly, but some training would be necessary to get better quality.

Staying in the villa is the best experience! The resort is beautiful and all the staff in Vinpearl are friendly and nice. It was very safe and convenient to travel within the resort by buggy car

Our stay at Vinpearl resort had its ups and downs. Great staff and a good location. On the other side the resort requires renovations. The rooms are not as portrayed in the pictures. I will also note that waiting for the buggy service also took a lot of time and could have been better.

Beautiful hotel...it's just paradise 😍

Hotel and staff was amazing start to finish. The grounds around the hotel were very well kept. Breakfast was a good selection and catered for everyone.
