"I travel a lot for work at this by far has to be the worst stay I’ve experienced! There were cockroaches in the room, springs of the bed had come off. The receptionist made us wait 15 minutes because he had a personal call to attend to. Horrible service plus he asked us to pay extra. Upon that, torn towels, no dental kits or other basic aminities which any basic property is suppose to have. Would not recommend, total waste of money! "

"Horrendous service. You have to call repeatedly to get anything done. Being polite gets you hostile and aggressive responses. It’s the oddest thing. There are plenty of staff members who are polite and well mannered. But the manager has horrible decorum. He refuses to have conversations about any disputes. He’s ready to take money, but will not provide promised services. The rest of the staff, like the cleaning crew do a great job, but the sheets are awful. The shower is awful. The amenities...
