Todos son súper amables, servicio del y al aeropuerto gratuito. Sin su ayuda nuestras excursiones no hubieran sido completas. “Absolut zu empfehlen. 10/10. Zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Von der Planung unserer Route durch den nationalpark bis zur Buchung der Tickets wurde uns geholfen und alles übernommen. Auch die Wäsche wurde gewaschen und sogar abgeholt und wieder gebracht. Ausstattung ebenfalls top. Ich habe selten so einen guten Service erlebt. Tolles Hotel.”

“El hotel está ubicado entre la naturaleza, todo lo que ves es hermoso, son cabañas , todo limpio y perfecto , las personas son muy amables, ahí mismo venden tickets para el Parque Nacional Zhianjiajie. Te llevan y te recogen en la entrada del parque. Nosotros solicitamos que fueran por nosotros al aeropuerto y también nos llevaron a la estación de tren. “The hotel is clean and so as the room. The staff specially crystal helped us a lot and send us airport transfer when we came. She’s very accommodating and nice she deserve a pay rise. The hotel is near the tianmen bus ride just around the corner. There’s also lots of restaurants near the area. Only 10 mins. Away to the airport. The breakfast has lots of choices and nice noodles.”
