"notre sejour c'est mal passé . Il manquait le réfrigérateur pas de rideaux à la fenètrela télé en panne (un technitien est intervenu en soirée) le lavabo l'eau avait du mal a évacuer. Le 11/07/21 dans la soirée une personne a ouvert notre porte véroullée quand j'ai demandé qui c'était celle ci c'est sauvé nous avons prevenu l'acueil nous n'avons pas eu d'explications ni d'excuses. "Aucun accueil les clés de la chambre était dans un coffre Mais nous n’avions reçu aucune consigne pour les récupérer. Heureusement que d’autres clients nous ont permis de les récupérer sinon nous passions la nuit dehors. Dans la chambre, Pas d’eau chaude et personne à la réception, un numéro de téléphone qui sonne dans le bureau vide et un portable sur messagerie sur lequel nous avons laissé un message, mais personne ne nous a rappeler. "Stayed here for a week while following TdF. The hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it you get your money's worth. The staff is polite and service-minded. The restaurant is very good. They offer a traditional French breakfast which is okey, but if you have been to France, you should be aware that a traditional french breakfast is not much and "okey" is as good as it gets. "
