“Great location, friendly staff, amazing food ”

“客室はコンパクトにまとめられており、1泊の滞在なら十分です。シャワーの水圧も問題ありません。室内に椅子が2つ用意されていたため、狭いながらも2人で快適に過ごせました。 一方で、サービス面で大変な点がありました。 荷物預かり（ラゲッジルーム）が地下1階にあり、フロントで鍵を借りて自分で運ぶ必要があります。ロッカーは有料でコインが必要ですが、キャッシュレス化が進むこの国で、到着直後にコインを持っているはずもなく利用できませんでした。また、フロントスタッフは朝7時まで不在になります。前日にフロントへ依頼し、朝6時に手配していたはずのタクシーが6時15分過ぎになっても来ず、フロントにいた方に尋ねても「自分は警備員だから何もわからない」の一点張りで非常に困りました。同様にタクシーが来ず困っている宿泊客が複数おり、全員で慌てて空港バスへ変更。危うく飛行機に乗り遅れるところでした。早朝に出発される方は注意が必要です。”

“El trato es gentil, correcto, serio. La ubicación es retirada del centro pero con un autobús que pasa a unos 500 metros, se va moviendo uno. Pasa como cada 25 minutos. La instalación es amigable y está bien administrada. Gracias por sus guías al pedir información sobre aspectos nuevos para el turista.”

“Friendly staff and vibe”

“The hotel is new and is very clean and comfortable. It is very centrally located and we were able to walk to museums, churches, the ice fjord, etc. The staff are all friendly and helpful with information about the hotel, town and excursions. The view of the icebergs from the room and the restaurant on the top floor are amazing. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ilulissat.”

“エレベーターないので荷物運ぶのが大変 清潔ではあるが設備は決して新しくない eqiに行くためのスタート地点であるarcticには徒歩数分(上り坂) 眺望は3階が良いと思う 場所が場所だし季節要因もあるだろうが，高かった”

“It was a good experience, taking into account the small offer in Ilulissat. It was certainly expensive, but at the moment of the reservation it was the best choice compared to the other hotels. Rooms are ok, they are comfortable and the view is excellent. Staff is nice and helpful, the airport shuttle is very useful and breakfast is also good. It's a little away from the center, but is close to the hike trails to the glacier, which are the best activity in my opinion.”

“The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, as there was no one at the reception desk when I arrived, I had to wait about 40 minutes before I could check in.”

“Only thing I would have preferred would have not needed to bring the key back I should have been able to leave it in my apartment on the table like in most places.”

“The most helpful staff ever. We were coming in late from the Arctic Circle Trail and they stayed open late just to help us. They were super friendly and helpful with moving some dates around as we adjusted our schedule. Facilities were great, and the new addition is absolutely beautiful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“This hotel is conveniently located right at the airport with a cafeteria/restaurant on site. This is handy as we didn’t find any other places to eat anywhere in town. The rooms are small and spartan. The window curtain was half torn off the rod. The 6” mattress was uncomfortable with a bottom sheet that didn’t cover the sides so they would come off as you slept. We were there for three days and never saw a housekeeping cart. Our room was certainly never touched. The gentleman at the reception...
