"Most of what was described in the website was inaccurate: the spa and pool were in a different building, there was no room service unless requested, there was no food service, the toilet smelled really bad, the wifi didn't work and there was no free parking."

Rooms were not made up daily and when asking for info, the desk staff was as unhelpful as can be. The wellness center was only open for a few hours in the evening (and only some of it was in operation, no towels provided, and the water in the baths was clearly not cleaned with any frequency) The breakfast was ok, but only bad coffee...

"1：ドアーのカギが破損していて電子キーが作動しませんでした。点検整備なし。 2：変更された部屋の電球の1個発光していません。点検整備なし。 3：遮光カーテンが2枚必要な窓の幅に1枚しかないので追加要望しましたら、すぐ持ってくるとのことでした。しかしながら時間が30分してもないので、催促しましたら、別人が来まして、このホテルは、どこ部屋でも1枚しか使用していない。しかも、ジョージアでは、どこのホテルでも、日よけカーテンと遮光カーテンは1つの窓に1枚ずつと決まっていると言い、私の要望には対応出来ないとの回答でした。カーテンレールには、空いたカーテン吊下げ器具7～8個ありました。宿泊者をその場かぎりの客あつかいでした。 "
