"Old building with need of TLC"

"It’s says 4 star hotel and lots of promising stuff on website, we did stay for 4 days in superior suite room. The hot tub didn’t work , AC didn’t work in second room. The sheets and mattress looks like from history, shower and sink where clogged and it smells really bad. When I ask for towels for pool at 10 am they told me maybe afternoon in the afternoon they told me tomorrow, definitely will not recommended this hotel for price at all and I will cut one star , if the price will be half from...

"Very nice staff indeed, thanks to them all again. But the facility is a bit complicated, many details, but most not very convenient. The room I stayed was really big."

"The staff at the restaurant is not friendly and helpful. I had to walk for half an hour to have the dinner at center. The hair dryer didn’t work and the reception staff responded cold just said sorry. The room is quite comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee is good."

"L'hotel è un po datato e non offre i servizi di un 4 stelle. Personalmente ho dovuto richiedere la pulizia della stanza quotidianamente che mi hanno messo in conto 10 euro al giorno. Dietro mia contestazione mi hanno rimborsato. Non è stato piacevole. Ma riconosco la loro volontà nel voler rimediare."
