I had a lovely stay at Eurostars Palazzo Zichy in Budapest. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and cozy, and everything was well maintained. What really stood out was the staff: everyone was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Their friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Budapest!

Good location for transport, sights & food. Super, spotless, quiet room, comfy bed, great a/c & lovely bathroom. Plenty coffee tea & water available 24/7 in reception/lounge area. Breakfast was fine & plentiful. Staff on reception were very helpful and always friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Budapest and would go back myself.

The rooms were clean and the property well kept. However, something went wrong with the hot water heater in the hotel and we were without hot water for 2 days. The hotel ended up transferring us to their sister hotel (Exe Budapest Center), but I felt like a plumber should have been on hand to fix the hot water heater within a few hours.

Great location. Excellent front desk staff. They gave us a sheet with suggested restaurant options which was very helpful. We did the buffet breakfast. This hotel is well-located on a charming and quiet plaza next to a church. The domed and ornate lobby is very Budapest. Staff are professional and very polite. The 24 hour expresso machine in the lobby adjunct area was very much appreciated. The plaza is a good place for an evening meal or drink. The room was spacious and comfortable with everything in working order.
