"We were most impressed with friendly staff - both concierge and reception. Hussain was our first and last contact and was v helpful , polite and welcoming. Location was superb and central to all. V clean and very very helpful .beautiful views Highly recommend to all types of travellers- excellent value for money "

"the hotel overlooks a beautiful lake. quite with friendly staff. the room is quite spacious although it needs updating. the cleanliness is average with very few kitchen old utensils. we had to ask for a toaster. many items were missing.
overall the stay was good but it was overpriced."
