“The pool wasn't working. They should at least notify the future guests before their stay or offer a discount. We were hoping to spend some quality time in the pool because of the weather, but we had to go to other resorts and spend extra money to enjoy one. The hotel is nice, but the rooms need maintenance.”

Then I upgraded to a suite which they said would be ready faster, but I waited 3 hrs, up until normal check in time, to actually get to my room.
