I had a reservation for 2 nights, rec'd numerous emails from hotels.com about it (including the one linking to this survey) only to get there and be told the B&B closed in Nov 2022 and there was no lodging to be had. They literally laughed when we walked in. I contacted hotels.com online, only to be told they couldn't help. "This was not a great pick The bed was awful, very old and squeaky, the radiators were roasting and the dial did not work to adjust it, we asked at reception and were told someone would fix it, we were there 2 days and no one showed up so we slept all night with both windows open and we’re still far to hot, we were also at the front of the hotel so didn’t get much sleep with the noise of the traffic. The room was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, you could smell smoke on the hallways so...
