“It’s a gorgeous property and was spotless. The food was good. The front desk, wait staff and cleaning staff were very professional and helpful. Overall I had a nice stay. It doesn’t get 5 stars because they forgot to pick me up from the airport and only sent the driver when I got outside, found no one waiting for me and called to ask, which took another 45 minutes. Luckily I had a working sim, I speak French and I’m familiar with Abidjan. This could have gone sideways for someone else....

“I like everything about the Onomo Abidjan Airport Hotel. It’s a fantastic location when traveling internationally into or out of Abidjan. The rooms are comfortable and, the restaurant and bar is great and the staff are all extremely helpful and welcoming. I’m always going to stay there when traveling to Abidjan before moving into downtown areas like Plateau business district.”

“La ubicación y el hall del hotel en la séptima planta con vistas a la laguna son excelentes. El servicio, la limpieza y la relación calidad/precio han dejado mucho que desear. A la llegada al aeropuerto, el servicio contratado con el hotel para el transfer no se presentó. Al llamar al hotel para pedir información me dijeron que lo mejor que podía hacer era pedir un taxi. La limpieza general parecía buena pero las sábanas estaban manchadas. Creo que no es un detalle teniendo en cuenta los casi...

“Todo bien pero no se como no te imprimen una hoja si les pides (una tarjeta de embarque). Calidad de wifi a mejorar.”

“El sistema de seguridad esta en un edificio aparte y cuando ingresa a la propiedad tiene que sacar todo el equipaje del vehiculo y pasarlo por el scanners volver a subir el equipaje al auto y llegar a las puertas del hotel y bajarlos nuevamente demasiado complicado y tedioso. Para completar en recepcion tienen el registro policiaco electronico que tarda mas que el documento en papel. Haciendo un proceso demasiado lento, luego de un viaje largo y uno necesita descansar.”

“It’s a very nice hotel right at the heart of Plateau, Abidjan’s business district so it’s very convenient to be be able to walk to ministries, major businesses, both local and international. The facilities and staff are extremely nice. I normally go there often just for the cafes or restaurants, but this I actually spent the night and the room far exceeded my expectations which were already naturally high. Movenpick is synonymous with quality all around.”

“A destacar: el servicio de todo el personal y en especial el chofer que te lleva hasta la bahía para hacer el transbordo. A mejorar: es la segunda vez que me alojo aquí, y esta ve el hotel mi pido 200fc extras por noche que en ningún momento se muestra en esta página. Tuve que pagar 6000 Fcfa extras al precio que me aparecía en la app. No estoy conforme ”

“Muy buena piscina. La ducha de la habitacion tienen que arreglarla. Faltan accesorios (toilette, zapatillas de andar por casa, mas toallas)”
