"Hotel veramente pessimo, il costo basso comunque risulta essere comunque eccessivo per la struttura, il bagno soprattutto open space con la doccia sopra il wc e la scopa con lo straccio della pulizia in bella vista a fianco. "The ameneties inside were worn out and not to standards of a four star hotel. The breakfast is superb. The area are close to most city attrations. There are lots of loud noise from caf horns made by teenagets making it unfortable to sleep."

"Tuvimos un mala experiencia, tienen arañas por todos lados. Mi mujer fue picada y cuando solicite urgencia medica no tenian. Encontramos arañas en una toalla y cuando lo informamos a la gente de recepcion nos pidieron que mandemos las fotos a un mail de Amerian. A partir de ahi, las mucamas dejaron de proveernos toallas, deduzco por nuestro reclamo. Instalaciones y atencion general muy bueno. Es una lastima que un hotel 4 estrellas se vea opcado por lo señalado anteriormente."

"Overall, a good stay. I would definitely stay again. However, the property could use a bit of TLC. Some areas feel a little dated and could benefit from maintenance, especially the bathroom where the shower head was loose and nearly falling off. "

"Excelente ubicacion, departamento comodo, el unico inconveniente es que, la recepcion y entrega de las llaves se hace en horario de oficina, distante a 7 cuadras de la propiedad, de lo contrario hay que retirarlas y entregarlas en un parking; que tambien esta a esa distancia, lo que ocasiona el inconveniente de tener que movilizarse con equipajes esa distancia,seria interesante que arbitraran los medios para encontrar un metodo mas accesible al viajero en la recepcion y entrega de llaves."
