In Cordoba this is one of the nicer hotels. Have stayed on multiple occasions and this is my go to place. Well situated to downtown and the breakfast is always well stocked.

Great value - good stay

Excellent location and amazing customer service. The terrace pool and gym is a nice addition. The room was huge with a panoramic view of the city. Water pressure was OK and comfort was good - though the furniture and room were both outdated. In need of some TLC. Also, the breakfast was lackluster.

El hotel me ha parecido un poco viejo, al menos la habitación que me dieron. Ya se notan algunos daños en el baño, la necesidad de mejorar los ascensores y algunos detalles a renovar en las habitaciones en general. Me entregaron una habitación triple y la cama del medio tenía algunos cabellos. Entonces preferí no usarla. Destaco que la recepción fue muy gentil y es linda la entrada y lobby del hotel. Buen café también.

Important learning experience

Our front desk staff did not know how to use their computers. Or how to check us in from hotels.com. they were kind and helpful, but our checking process was extremely extended because there are lack of knowledge of using hotels.com to check in.

El hotel no está a la altura de la cadena NH, lo elegí por garantía de calidad, después de un viaje largo, lo único que deseas es llegar a descansar, pero al parecer no coinciden las expectativas contra lo recibido: Un check in tardado Instalaciones viejas (probablemente era un hotel viejo donde solo se concentraron en remodelar la fachada) Aire acondicionado inservible (cuando la temperatura promedio en verano ronda entre 34 y 38 grados) Alfombrado viejo y un baño q no es como otros NH. Me deja mal sabor de boca, no solo el hecho q no fuera lo q esperaba sino que deleguen la responsabilidad al cliente “ porque no se quejó a las 2am cuando llegó”, poca empatía hacia el huésped.
