"This property is a veritable oasis in the middle of a quite bleak landscape. We chose this hacienda to provide a break in our drive from Pisco Elqui to Santiago and were very glad we did. Everything was great - the amenities, the people, the restaurant, ... We particularly enjoyed taking a walk through the fruit orchards and vegetable gardens, and lounging with our Aperol Spritzs at the pool"

"Just stayed one night on the way south. Somewhat pricey compared to what we been paying elsewhere but I realize prices are higher here since it is a big tourist spot. Very comfortable and spacious room, good breakfast. Plenty of parking space."

"The hostel is located near the market, which makes the area feel unsafe at night. The staff and volunteers were inattentive. The rooms are very dark and overcrowded with too many beds, leaving little space to move around or store luggage. There is only a small window, which doesn’t provide enough natural light or ventilation. Although there are a few seating areas, they feel cramped and are furnished with unattractive furniture. I do not recommend this hostel."
