"This property is situated on a cliff side etching itself down to a beautiful beach. It has a great pool for relaxing in and the food was great. ( really good for all inclusive) the taco bar at the beach was our favourite. The rooms are very spacious, very clean with a great sitting deck and great city views over the water. "

"We love Gran Festivall, we’ve stayed here many different occasions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are great, beach is wonderful. The rooms need to be updated, cleaned and just a little more love and attention. Bathrooms in common areas need to have lights especially if you’re using them at night it was so hard to use them without a light, we had to turn on the flashlight on our phone. "The hotel looks good on the outside but it needs a lot of maintaining. The rooms were not well maintained. Curtains were full of mold, too many mosquitoes and other bugs. The pool was green all around. The staff was nice and friendly "
