I would have given a better rating if the wifi had worked in the rooms. Had to go sit outside the lobby to get a signal and then it was sketchy. Saw lots of guests with the same issue.

It’s an old building that doesn’t have an elevator. Most of the amenities didn’t work, like the iron or the phone. We asked for new ones and they never gave us another one

What was unique about the place was the chairs and umbrellas facing the beach. What I did not like is the advertising on website offering breakfast included and hotel did not honor it. Also having to ask for coffee everyday, otherwise they would not restock with out asking for it. Having to leave a deposit for pool towels. Hot tub not working..

Le falta mucho mantenimiento. Alquilamos la suite por el jacuzzi y resultó que no servía, la tele no servía, no hay opciones de alimentos. Se le pregunta al personal y no saben nada. No nos dieron opciones para lo del jacuzzi por lo que nunca volveremos ahí nada funciona y nadie sabe nada.

Problema con la habitación

Solicité la habitación porque tenía tina , y resultó que me dieron una sin tina, además el servicio de Check in, me pareció que las señoritas lo hacían con muy poca calidez, no tenían toallas para la alberca, y el estacionamiento lo tuve que resolver solo ya que el hotel no te ofrece opciones más que estacionarse en la calle porque no tenían lugar
