"The person on whats app was so helpful and helped me with everything! Sent me a beautiful list of things to do and things to eat, helped me with laundry and booked me a lovely clean safe taxi to airport. Nice breakfast but mattress was a bit uncomfortable and no shower screen meaning bano got a bit wet. There wasnt really a vibe there either, I didnt make any friends. "

"The hotel and bedrooms are very charming and very well decorated despite smaller than pictures shows and without windows for some of them( only velux). Very nice terrace. Service is a shame and we cumulated the issues during these 2 days. Jacuzzi booked in advanced but not ready on time (40mns late) and water was boiling we lost 20mns more to add fresh water... Restaurant was closed when we arrived at 20h30( supposed to close at midnight...) we complaint and they finally accepted to serve us but...

"El entorno del hotel es muy bonito ,pero no creo que sea lógico 4 estrellas para habitación que no tiene calefacción, secador,que no tiene ascensor. Iluminación pobre, ducha automática en la que el agua templada sale muy débil. El minibar vacío aunque hay letrero con precios"
