"Disappointed! It didn’t start well! No message with the code to get onto the harbour, then given an incorrect code, which took a member of staff to come and test it and then had to ask a bus driver for it. Then to find a couple who had the correct code, were checking in just in front of us - how did they get the right code?! Check in was ok, although we were left hanging around and not told our room was ready. Bar and restaurant service not the best! Left waiting at the bar - not even...

"A short walk into the centre. Lots of restaurants nearby and a little local supermarket. Parking on site was a bonus. Simple and basic but if all you’re doing is sleeping then you don’t need extra. Would stay again. Good value. "

"The hotel has a lovely reception and lounge area that lead out to a well kept patio and lawn. The lounge also serves as the breakfast area. The staff were excellent - very welcoming and helpful. The bedroom was quite plain and not particularly big but the bed was a good size and very comfortable.
