3 stars The room was small and felt a bit cramped. Parking was not free, and the spaces were both limited and very tight, which made it hard to park. The hotel was also hard to find, located in an area with narrow streets that made driving tricky. Not the easiest place to stay, but okay if you don’t mind these challenges

Basic, expensive, poorly kept, food and drink also expensive we asked for some wine 5 min before they closed the desk and they refused as going home in 5min! Location a long way from the town, very disappointed and think we were overcharged.

All good except parking . No security parking left when we were there and the few spaces outside this but in the grounds where not managed and cars were parked badly. 2 extra cars should have been able to have been parked! Surely there should be in total the number of the rooms?

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr praktisch zur Stadt gelegen, die man zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten erreichen kann. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer gut ausgestattet, sauber und nett eingerichtet. Auch der Empfang und der Frühstücksraum waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man hat sich gerne dort aufgehalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder, da uns auch La Rochelle sehr gut gefallen hat!

The hotel has a lovely reception and lounge area that lead out to a well kept patio and lawn. The lounge also serves as the breakfast area. The staff were excellent - very welcoming and helpful. The bedroom was quite plain and not particularly big but the bed was a good size and very comfortable. There were facilities to make coffee but paper cups and no tea and no milk, which you had ask for at reception. The parking was limited - 2 small areas with one free to park and the other behind a locked gate, for which you paid €12 a night. Felt like a safe area and easy 20 minute walk into the centre of La Rochelle.

Si vous savez que vous arrivez tard …. FUYEZ cet hôtel L’adresse indiquée sur le site et rentrée dans le GPS vous oblige a terminer le parcours à pieds, lorsque que vous appelez l’hôtel après l’heure d’ouverture pour connaître une adresse annexe pour arriver à l’hôtel en voiture …. Un message vous indique qu’il faut appeler le veilleur de nuit sur un numéro figurant sur le portail de l’hôtel…. Un comble quand on appelle pour trouver l’hôtel… après 5 min de marche je compose le dit numéro qui aboutit à un …. Répondeur automatique… mon salut repose sur un petit interphone au bout duquel une voix féminine peu agréable m’indique une fois un code et un numéro de chambre avant de raccrocher…. Quelle belle prestation pour un 3 étoiles… J’allais oublier le train qui de par sa proximité vous réveille à 6.00…. Fuyez !!!!

Parfait mais ...

Cet hôtel est parfait. La literie confortable, les oreillers à mémoire de forme super. La salle de bain très fonctionnelle. Tout semble neuf ou bien refait. Le seul bémol c'est que la fenêtre de notre chambre au rez de chaussé était avec vue intégrale sur les poubelles. Heureusement qu'il ne fait pas encore trop chaud donc nous avons pu nous passer d'ouvrir la fenêtre.
