"Very rude disappointing customer service and disappointing room"

"The property at Hotel Al Mulino is beautiful. Our room had an outside terrace area with table, chairs and sun loungers. We were looking forward to the pool but it was broken. The property details also state there's a hot tub, but there isn't. It was just us 2 at the hotel but they still had a lovely variety of cakes, yogurts, fruit, juices, coffees etc for us at breakast. They were all very kind and helpful, they even drove our luggage to the city center so we could go to Faro for the morning...

"It was an odd hotel. A 15 minute drive to the airport but you get charged a surcharge when taking a taxi to and from the airport because of city boundary. It is really really noisy as there are two events spaces close-by. Also when we got there I asked for an extra bed as my daughter’s friend was with us and said I was happy if I had to pay an upgrade to have a triple room instead of a double.
