This was the perfect all around experience staying in Naples. Every member of staff were kind and extremely helpful. The restaurant served delicious food at a great price. The included amenities beat any other hotel in the area — laundry, lounge areas, shared kitchen spaces, and more! Great AC during the hot season. Also easily accessible as it is within 5 minutes walk of Napoli station. Only minor critiques — could be cleaner ie. floor was a bit dusty, towels smelled like they had been in storage for a while (definitely clean though). However at no point was I displeased with the quality of the room. I’m sure any discrepancies would be gladly taken care of by the team either way.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, modern decor, and aesthetic. Nice bar. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming to my boyfriend and me. We were staying in Italy for a couple of days and luckily chose the perfect place. I didn't know how to work the lights at first, but one of the girls up front came up to my room and showed me, with no complaints. Couldn't ask for better service. Staff gave us complimentary drinks and ordered a taxi for us at 4 am for our early flight. Wish we could've stayed for breakfast, but I'm sure that's good too!

We all had bunkers- it was like having a slumber party and was kind of unique and fun. The best thing about this place is the location next to metro and all the meeting places for excursions. Just a few minutes to walk there. It was awesome this place had laundry and gym. Would recommend if you are just doing excursions from Naples. Not a location that is lively to roam streets though.

The room was fine and the staff was friendly. It was convenient for our travel needs of visiting places near Naples (e.g., the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii). The rooms are trying a bit too hard to be hip and trendy.The area of Naples the hotel is in was surprisingly dirty, even given the reputation of the city for its trash issue. If I were going to be spending more time in Naples itself, I might find a different neighborhood, even if the hotel itself was nice.

Great city hotel

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean, staff were really friendly and really helpful. The location was excellent as literally a 5 minute walk to main train station. The surrounding area was abusy one but really good noise reduction ince in the room.

All great! New installation with everything you could ask for. The place was very clean, and the beds were super comfy. It’s close to the metro, bus stops, and connections to other cities, including the south coast and high-speed trains. I was impressed by the quality of the soundproofing in the building. Breakfast is fairly good as well! The only downside was some misinformation from the staff. I checked in on Saturday and was told breakfast was at 6:30, but it actually started at 7:00. This meant I woke up earlier than necessary and then had to rush to catch my train after a quick breakfast.

This hotel is a solid choice if you need a comfortable place for a short stay. I was a bit wary at first when I realized it shares a building with a student residence, but in practice you'd never know — the facilities are modern and the place feels like a proper hotel throughout. Pricing is also very reasonable, and the staff were friendly, young, and kept things refreshingly informal. That said, there are a few things worth flagging before you book. The biggest issue is location. It's close to the train station, but it's not a good base for sightseeing. The surrounding area feels unsafe and dirty — even by the standards of the rest of the city — and the streets are in poor enough condition that walking to the station with luggage, despite the short distance, is genuinely difficult. On top of that, you're looking at a 30-minute walk to reach any of the main tourist sites. Factoring in the cost and hassle of getting around, the savings from staying here probably aren't worth it — a slightly pricier, more central hotel would likely be the better trade-off for tourism. As for the property itself, the room wasn't fully clean — nothing serious, but the floor in particular looked dirty. And while I appreciated the casual, easygoing vibe of the staff, that same informality might not sit well with more safety-conscious travelers: the luggage storage area, for instance, is self-service, meaning anyone can walk in and out with any bag, with no check at all.

The beds have curtains that gives you full privacy. Probably the best solution, providing the most privacy, that I have experiences at hostels in Italy. Lockable cabinets on the room (bring your own lock). Good capacity toilets/showers on each room. Practical location, literally 2 mins from the train station. The place is new, so obviously in good condition, clean and all that. Will stay here again for sure.
