"Helpful and smiling staff, everything was "extra", not like your usual "all included" winter vacation.. Price looks OK but need to consider all "extra" costs like drinks, snacks and ski lift to be able to make healty comparison.. "

"Seit ca 5 Jahren bin ich jedes Jahr einmal mindestens in Artic Hotel weil es in sehr zentraler Lage ist. Leider wird die versprochene Erneuerung der Möbel oder die Sanierung nicht wirklich eingehalten. Super personal!! Leider das Hotel muss endlich mal saniert werden. "

"Friendly and helpful staff, Excellent breakfast, clean rooms with very good room service. The only thing is the interior of the room is seems old and furniture need to be upgraded. "
