Amazing hotel

This is truly a great hotel. The room was huge and very comfortable. The only let down was the wi-fi as the signal was extremely weak. The view from the room was excellent and at night was even better.

Amazing views 5 star service

The hotel is in a great location with amazing views of Bursa city. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. The hotel itself is well maintained and spotless. Our suite was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the suite included two bathrooms and a private sitting area with balconies. Room service was quick and efficient. Overall, it was very reasonably priced and offered a true 5-star experience.

Girişimiz 2 olmasına rağmen 3'te ancak hazır edilebildi oda. Onda da çocuğumuz için yatak hazır bile değildi. Tuvalet ve banyo kapıları kilitlenmiyor, onu geçtim kapı ile duvar arası boşluk var. Dışardan biri içeriyi rahat bir şekilde görebiliyor. Çocuğumuzla birlikte kaldığımız bir odada kabul edilebilir bir şey değil bu. Aynı gün odada dinlenirken aniden birileri kapıyı açtı. Biz nasıl olur felan derken aynı oda bir başkasına verilmiş. Resmen rezalet bir durum. Oda içinde değerli bir eşyamız olabilirdi. O esnada odada olmamız ayrı bir sorun, olmamamız ayrı bir sorun olurdu. Bir arkadaşımız gün içinde 1 saatliğine gelip gidecekti, tam gün konaklama ücreti keseceklerini söylediler. Kahvaltı ve yemek vasat altı. Kesinlikle pişman olduğum bir yer oldu
