Özel bir organizasyon için 3 oda rezervasyon yaptık. 1 oda 2 çocuk ve 2 yetişkin kullanımında iken klima çalışmıyor ve sular çok az akıyordu. Bu durum telafi edemeyip gece 2’de vantilatör bırakıldı. Ertesi gün konuyu öğrendiğimde resepsiyonu aradım ve durumdan haberleri yoktu telafi için hiçbirşey yapılmadı defalarca arayıp destek istememe rağmen çözüm sunulmadı
