“Det første som skjedde når vi kom dit var at resepsjonen prøvde å lure oss. Først påstod de at de ikke hadde en booking fra hotels.com og at vi måtte betale på nytt. Ettwr mye masing og fremvisning av resepsjon kom neste løgn om at de ikke hadde mottatt betaling fra hotels.com. Etter jeg ringte hotels.com sin kundesørvis kom etterhvert «sannheten» frem, de var ikke fornøyd med summen rommet var booket på og ville ha mer betalt. Vi fikk etterhvert bo der på bookingen vi hadde. Hotellet er...

“The staff was excellent and attended to all my requests (mosquito netting rail needed fixing). Room had many mosquitoes, no A/C or fan (which was provided upon request).The street the hotel is on is in terrible shape.”
