"Our experience at this hotel was perfect. This hotel is located in Alex west which is just the perfect distance away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. "The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "
