The hotel is very noisy though with loud music playing until 2am and kids playing and screaming in the corridors outside the rooms until very late! The staff are very friendly especially Manetallah at reception, she is extremely helpful and always smiling!

The stay was superb, very nice view. The beach is so beautiful the swimming pool is very nice and always attended by a life guard. Imad and mahdy from reception made checkin and checkout very smooth and were available to answer all our questions.

The hotel is secluded and had its own private beach. The service is excellent and everybody is very welcoming and helpful. The food is excellent. I will return to this hotel if I ever back Alexandria
