"The staff at the resort was absolutely amazing. There was one grouchy lady at the 50s diner, but other than that, everyone at the resort was more than accommodating. Gracia, the employee who checked us in, was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire state. The resort is very nice but getting a little dated and could use some upgrades and detailed cleaning. But again, it’s Mexico and it’s on the ocean so it gets a lot of wear and tear.
