It was a great time. We stayed in a junior suite with an ocean view. It was perfect. There was so many pools and things going on everyday. Kid friendly. There was an adults pool swim up bar. The staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely be back soon. The only negative is that it’s so far from everything but honestly with everything going on at the hotel you wouldn’t want to leave.

The rooms were quite decent. The staff was really good, especially at the principal the main pool both the Jesus bartenders and Edwardo. They were so friendly and they pour really good drinks. I think the restaurants had amazing food every restaurant that we tried basically had the best quality food, and the best part there wasn’t a lot of waiting as well.

Staff were great, the food and the restaurants were amazing and delicious and great quality. The only thing that we were bothered about was the AC, my husband is hvac tech and was able to tell like a lot of the AC windows didn’t work or blow air which made the third floor/ lobby so hot.

Definitely not worth the hype at all. The location was just ok. As soon as you arrive the hotel staff floods you about upgrades and sitting through a pitch for property shenanigans. Do not fall for signing up for anything, it’s all a sales pitch. The food was simply mediocre to put it nicely, the cafe and pizza by the pool saved the trip. FYI, book your excursions before your leave for trip, hotel can schedule it for you but at an additional up-charge.

Upgraded rom is nice and a must for families with kids. The Kids Club is very basic and for independent care over age 5. Under you have to accompany for 1 hour duration. Large group booking is impossible. We did enjoy the gelato counter. The main pool was where we mostly stayed at. In June, but the water was cold so our kids took over the hot tub which was not close to being hot. They had a Legendary pool for upgraded guest and timeshare guest that is way better and maintained how I expect it. Wouldn’t pay full price for nights here, only worth it on deals. Remember to tip your daily room service and cocktail staff!

I love this hotel and the options of the restaurants for the all-inclusive is amazing. The food is very good. I love the room that I have which was to queen beds with partial Ocean View with a tub in the balcony. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is being charged for all inclusive for my 6-year-old grandson. Most hotels in the states will not charge you for a 6-year-old and that would be my only complaint and suggestion that the hotel change the policy.

Ecxilent hotel. Wonderful food and the best staff. The accessibility of the bed and shower in the room, the pool and the rest room in the public areas is poor. Obviously I booked accessible room with roll in shower No bars in the shower, no bars in public restrooms and there is no pool lift to take you in and out of the water. The bed is very high .So for people who aren't disabled it's ecxilent hotel, but for disabled people is much less than that.
