Food and ambiance were nice. The package I signed up for came with a concierge/team member to support with all of our needs. We unfortunately never met them and we had issues with our room tablet that were never resolved. The resort food and overall ambiance are great.

While the hotel is older, which you can tell by the rooms, it is well maintained. The food was good in terms of an all inclusive. Andrea, the VIP host, was amazing! She went above and beyond for our family and made our trip unforgettable.

We stayed at Hard Rock Los Cabos for a couple of nights and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially with keeping drinks flowing throughout the resort. The restaurants were very good with plenty of variety, but be sure to check the weekly schedule since certain restaurants are closed on specific days. The rooms were clean, spacious, and stocked with thoughtful amenities and kits for just about everything. The only minor downside was being approached a few times about a vacation club/timeshare presentation, but they were always respectful when we declined. Overall, great service, food, and accommodations. We would definitely stay again.

The resort is beautiful and very clean. The food and drinks were excellent. Staff were very nice. The only complaint would be that the thermostat could not be adjusted and the room did get extremely cold the first night. Then we realized that the A/C would shut off with the sliding glass doors to the balcony being left cracked open. Thats how we slept the rest of the week.

The staff ot the Rythm bar and adult pool was the best. Ramon, Neto and Fredi were the best we ever had and we have traveled over 30 times to Mexico. The main and middle pool water was way too hot and the entertainment wasn't good for adults. Hard Rock Cancun was much better. Food and restaurants were great.
