Hotel with wifi in Alta Verapaz

"The hotel has a lot of construction still, the exchange rate was wrong, they charged me more than what expedia said on the site. They didnt have food available for us at 4pm. There was a weird smell coming out of the bathroom, room had a lot of bugs. The bed was confortable and the shower was nice. Breakfast was not fresh neither on time when we requested it. Hotel has a nice view of the montains. Wifi was terrible. "

"Awesome, recently renovated rooms with nice flooring, new mattresses, new paint, beautiful bathrooms (which approach US standards except for the Cool hot water). Very friendly staff--called me by name, fist bumped me, helpful. Good breakfast. "

"La Cupula is de dependance van het Hotel. Dat ligt vlak aan de drukke doorgaande weg. Achter het restaurant ligt op een veel rustiger plek ook een deel van het hotel. Daar zijn prachtige ruime kamers. We betaalden daarom iets meer. Het personeel us zeer voorkomend en service-gericht. Het eten in het restaurant erg goed."

"This hotel did not honor, my reservation and left my family and I thr option of a service room. Due to events in the city, i could not get another room and had to sleep in hostel tyoe of roon. This was truly a horrible negstive experience "
