“If you want three star Benidorm on a five star package this is the Melia for you. A hotel loses its luxury title when it’s full of families and kids. It instantly diminishes the whole experience if you’re travelling as adults only. It might have good cuisine s d restaurants but when kids are running around and screaming that is NOT a luxury experience. Cheap music pumped through speakers pool side every day. Loud music played around the pool for water aerobics. And for some reason the Benny...

“Beautiful location. Great pool area. And a scuba diving centre on site. But next time I will upgrade the room. The basic room is huge. But the view is the best part so worth upgrading to the sea view. Also, the pool restaurant is the best. ”

“Excellent hotel spa! Brand new hotel spa in Durrës. 5 min walk from bus station&harbour, close to archeological places, supermarkets, restaurants and a shopping centre. Service was excellent, mega friendly staff, really good breakfast (a la carte, huge portions), really clean, comfortable beds, safe area and the Spa was the cherry on top (Spa is free for guests). They booked me a taxi to the airport and provided early check in. Fully recommend it! ”

“Sólo llegar intentaron estafar nos diciendo que como política del hotel no aceptaban pagos des de Booking. Yo sorprendido al haber pagado lo verifiqué y al ensenarle al recpecionista hizo como que volvía a comprobarlo y finalmente aceptó que si estaba pagado, empezamos bien... Nuestra sorpresa al llegar es cuando nos dicen que el spa solo abre dos días a la semana ( no coincidíamos) el gimnasio solo abre de 8am a 10 am ( las mismas horas que está abierto el desayuno por lo que tienes que escoger...

“La habitación era muy bonita, con unas vistas espectaculares. Al ser fuera de temporada había muy pocas opciones para comer. Nosotros teníamos que trabajar 2 días desde el hotel, pero uno de ellos falló el wifi y tuvimos media mañana de desconexión.”
