The rooms are clean and modern. Love the remodeled suites, ours was facing the Sphere! Staff was friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to assist you. Love this hotel!

Old and rusty… concierge service provided wrong info that make me pay $100 more for show tickets. I ask them if I can purchase sphere show tickets at sphere ticket window and they said only can purchase online, but sphere customer service/ ticket agent at the location said that is NOT true… They just want to earn their commission 😡… bad and unethical work tactics. Dont trust them at all.

Service, staff and amenities were top notch.

There are no coffee makers in the rooms (except for suites).

This was my first time staying at the MGM Grand, and unfortunately it will probably be my last. The room was great, and I liked the casino, but I had a terrible experience while playing $25 blackjack late on 7/2/26. I ordered a Jameson from a cocktail waitress, and when I tipped her $3, she said, "No, I'm not going to give you a Jameson for that," then walked away with my drink. I was shocked and wish I had reported it. I thought drinks were complimentary while playing table games and didn't realize there was apparently a minimum tip required. If that's the policy, it should be made clear instead of treating guests that way. The next night I went to a casino across the street, where the waitress was friendly, accepted my tip, and brought me my Jameson without any issues. It's a shame because I enjoyed the property, but that one experience was enough to make me not want to stay here again.
