The place was nice but our room wasn’t ready for check-in at 4 PM. Apparently the guest before us had a late checkout at 4 PM which seems to be a process flaw. We had dinner reservations at 5 PM so this was a pretty big problem in the staff didn’t seem to care much or offer any accommodations.

Great location and perfect for our family of 5 with young kids. Loved the easy walk to the creek, restaurants and shops, the jeep tour, pool, and more. We loved our stay and hope to make it an annual tradition.
