“Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

“Convenient access if traveling to and from nearby airports. Rooms are basic, but absolutely no airflow, even with a fan, and very difficult to sleep when the room is so hot. In general, this is feedback for many hotels that don’t have air-conditioning and it will be an health and safetyissue that is going to need to be addressed sooner than later.”

“The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the property was very good, within easy walking distance of the centre of Norwich so no need to take the car. “Terrible experience, 1st night room was like a shoe box extremely hot in this heat wave with no air con and windows open 2inches with massive extractor fan outside very noisy and smelly, complained but waste time staff didn't want to know, took 2 & half hours of complaining at night to get them to turn extractor off so we could get some sleep, went off nearly 2am! Moved room next day but again no air con anywhere in hotel or rooms so extremely hot again in this heat wave....place is tired and...
