“Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September.”

“The room and bathroom were very good, clean and Well equipped, bathroom was nice with a rain shower. The room was comfortable .We received communication, but did not know what room we were in, which was frustrating. Also our room was still be being cleaned after 4pm. When we booked out checkout was 11am, all the communication from open door was 10am, which is very early. “The issue with this room is that it was excruciatingly hot, and that was before the heat wave. One small fan, no air con, and because we were street level and anyone walking by could have seen in/broken in, there was no opportunity to leave a window open. Also - the bed is a double. This is already bad enough with two people used to at least a queen (and they have room to put in a queen bed, so not sure why they don't) in the heat this was unbearable.
