“Room was fine, staff were outstanding. They really aimed to please. Travel desk was very helpful. My problem with the place is the location. I had multiple people tell me the neighborhood was not safe. I didn’t see anything nearby that I would have wanted to walk to anyway. So I ate meals at the hotel. The food was not to my liking.”

“Great location near IGI T3, very clean and tidy. Our room had a coffee maker and mini fridge. It shows on travel websites as Blu Sapphire, but the name on the ground is Le Sapphire. Very nice for an overnight stay to catch morning flights out of T3.”
