We loved this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. The food was amazing - we did room service dinner the night we landed and breakfast buffet two mornings and all was exceptional. Modern clean room with a great shower and nice little extras. Lovely courtyard and garden, pool, lobby, etc. This place was our sanctuary in hectic Delhi. Highly recommend a stay here!

So its a nice hotel and sll. What I found was that the staff was young, not trained well in their job very well, and english was poor. The concierge was very good and helpful. The 6th floor had an odor, and the shower water didnt drain well and so the shower retsined water for hours, which is unnecessary if floor had proper slant. The mini bar options were not great and you had to ask them to cone refill it. Prices were higher for everything, than other local hotels like Pride.
