Vacations Close To Delaware State Capitol

It is not a real hotel. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. No water in the room. You have to text to find out information, because they won’t even allow phone calls. They should warn you to reserve parking ahead of time. Bed was lumpy

The check in process was a pain. The property was really beautiful and the area was lovely. Parking was expensive but overall was very happy with the actual property.

The Penn’s View was lovely in every way and very conveniently located for all we went to do in Philly. I would rate it 100% except for 3 rather minor things. We could only get lukewarm water in the bath/shower, the jacuzzi didn’t work ( but that wasn’t a high priority), and the room had a little damp odor when the AC wasn’t turned on high. The service was excellent, and the value for the cost was very good. We will book again.
