Hotel itself was nice, staff for the most part was very pleasant and helpful, however during my stay my vehicle was stolen out of the hotel parking lot. While making my police report the officer had mentioned that the crime has slowly moved out of the city and into the surrounding suburbs. A couple of things that irritated me besides a stolen vehicle were there are no surveillance camera's on property and absolutely zero communication from the management of the property. Hotel seemed to be in a nice area with lots of restaurants, hotels, and close to the highway but I would suggest parking in front of the hotel.

One of the worst hotel stays of my life. We booked months in advance and arrived at 10am after a wet soccer game. Though we knew it was early, front desk staff (Roshonda) assured us she'd prioritize our rooms as they were cleaned. Three hours later, we were still waiting. When we asked again, she offered king rooms — but we all had 3–4 people per room and had booked doubles. She confirmed we'd have our rooms before 2pm. The rooms never came so we left for soccer game #2. We returned at 7:30pm to learn the hotel had "overbooked" double rooms and only kings with a single pull-out were available. Staff member Sierra was kind and clearly puzzled why Roshonda hadn't reserved our rooms after we'd waited half the day. We received a discount plus breakfast and bar vouchers as compensation. A few groups left because they couldn't fit 4 people in the king room. The room itself was a further disappointment — no temperature control, the pull-out had no sheets, and the hotel had no extra pillows for the pull out. At the bar, the staff member was absent nearly the entire night. I waited an extended period before giving up; we were told she was "in the bathroom," though she was gone far more than she was present. The next morning, our complimentary breakfast vouchers were essentially worthless — minimal food available, none of it matching what the voucher advertised. Terry was kind and apologetic, but overall this stay was a frustrating, uncomfortable experience from check-in to checkout.
