We found the staff rude and unhelpful. No amenities in the room without paying for them. The amenities inside the hotel were expensive. Didn’t get the room we booked. When we arrived, we got asked what room we’d like because the one I booked wasn’t available. The one we were offered was more expensive and they expected payment for it. We got given a room with two queen beds rather than a room with a king bed like I’d booked.

Staff were helpful and kind. The hotel is fairly clean. It seems to be a bit dated. Our toilet kept making loud noises. Be aware that there is a mini fridge but they will charge you $75 to use it since all the items in there are weighted and charged.
