“Great communication as a self check in with a lock box, plenty of private parking next to the accommodation. Carlton Towers has a tea room within walking distance which was convenient. Room was big with everything we needed for 2 nights. Would recommend and stay again if back in the area.”

“I stayed 7 nights here, which by the sounds of it, is unusual. I get the impression that people normaly one or two night. Very friendly staff and for the first two days, was reminded to contact them if I needed anything. After the first two days, I didn't see any staff members to ask, but there was a phone number provided to call. The reception area was never manned. “Staff were fabulous. Room was very basic , tv was on the side wall so hard to watch will in bed. No hairdryer in the room, en suite was modern and small. Conveniently located, only 15mins to the city. Breakfast was good and the staff keep the dining area spotless.”
